Mango – Coconut Cream – Ice Cream

- Put everything in a food processor or thermomix for about 30 seconds (speed 9 with tmx) or until smooth.
That's it. Simple as that. Most delicious thing ever and suitable for breakfast in summer! 😉 Serves 1-4 people, depending on how greedy you are (we had it for 2 adults and a 3yo, but I could have gone with less, hubby ate the rest of mine).
